The Ecodunas apartment is located in the Ecodunas complex and is accessed from Adena Street , infront of the beach access walkways.

It is a ground floor apartment with two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and kitchen-dining room. From the diningroom there is access to the balcony overlooking the big swimming pool. The air condition is optional and can be charged for 15,--€/day at your arrival.

The passage area on the ground floor communicates directly with the community pool and in the parking area.

Parking space for one car, in the communal area, completely fenced.

Supermarket (open in mid and high season) in the same residential complex.

Possibility to reserve a baby chair and folding cot, depending on availability.

Bath and hand towels are available in the house and are priced at 5.--€/person.

El apartamento tenía lavadora y lavavajillas, y en general estaba muy limpio a la llegada.La zona de Riumar es muy tranquila.Ningún ruido por la noche, y los vecinos muy tranquilos. El apartamento tenía parking incluido, lo cual es muy práctico.Aunque en Riumar, por poner alguna pega, se echa en falta algo más de animación en general, el paseo marítimo es algo aburrido ya que no hay negocios. Solamente hay un supermercado (justo al lado de los apartamentos eso sí), una panadería (al lado de las oficinas de recogida de llaves) y varios chiringuitos. Los únicos negocios ubicados en el paseo son los chiringuitos.La salida perfecta, llegaron puntuales y avisaron unos días antes por teléfono.
