The large villa has a distribution with ground floor and first floor. The house has direct entrance to the large dining room with open kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also on this first floor. These are 3 double bedrooms, one with dressing room and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. There is also a fourth room with 2 single beds. The second bathroom is located in the hallway.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to the garage, with separate laundry and laundry area. The dining room communicates directly with the terrace, overlooking the pool.
Through the interior staircase you access the second floor, where there is an office and rest area, designed to enjoy reading or rest quietly in the individual chaise-longue. This area is connected to the high-ceilinged dining room and overlooks the living room from the second floor.
