Villa Benifer is located 250 meters from the beach and has 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining room and private swimming pool.
The large villa has a distribution on the ground floor and on the first floor. It consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom on the ground floor as well as 2 bathrooms with a bath and the other with a shower. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 more bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a living room with satellite TV.

The exterior stands out for its large garden with private pool and barbecue area. The environment invites you to spend a pleasant stay with family and friends and practically a stone's throw from the beach.

The land and the garage have enough space to leave the car, completely closed. Pets are welcome !

La casa es estupenda, espaciosa y perfecta para nuestro grupo, que éramos 14. Además muy atentos en cuanto necesitamos algo, como arreglar una cisterna que no funcionaba bien. La casa está cerquísima de la playa y a un minuto de un supermercado. La piscina genial, barbacoa y zona exterior. El único pero es que los días de calor fuerte, se echa de menos el aire acondicionado para dentro de la casa. El resto, perfecto. Volveremos!
