Casa Solimar is 300 m from the beach and has 3 bedrooms, a separate kitchen, living room and dining room, a heavenly garden and private pool. On the ground floor there is 1 double room, 1 bathroom with shower, living room and the kitchen. An internal staircase leads to another 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds and a bathroom with toilet and bathtub.
Casa Solimar is characterized by the Mediterranean design of the garden with its typical plants and the large private pool.


There is a parking space for the car on the property, which is completely fenced. Dogs are welcome!

Possibility to reserve a baby seat and a travel cot. The house has air conditioning in the dining room / living room and in the first floor and can be hired on the day of the arrival en Riumar. The price is 15,--€/day.

Lage, Pool inkl. Reinigung super. Empfang immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Casa Solimar hat ein leider Problem mit dem Abwasser. Schmutzwasser kann deshalb aus dem Abfluss der Duschwanne auftreten, weil das Abwasser aus Süle, Dusche und WC nicht abfließen können. Es riecht deshalb latent nach Abwasser im Haus. Deshalb sollte der Preis ggf. günstiger ausfallen.
